POLYETHYLENE FOAM
Engineer designed polyethylene foam cushions offer the highest level of product protection and ensures that light and precision engineering products arrive safely at their destination. ANTI-STATIC POLYETHYLENE FOAM
Some products require the added benefit of an anti-static foam whilst retaining all of the traditional cushioning benefits offered by polyethylene foams. Highly engineered packaging solutions coupled with outer timber or corrugated shipping containers ensure that delicate instruments are shipped safely whatever their transit cycle.
CROSS LINKED POLYETHYLENE FOAM
Stronger and heavier precision engineering products require a packaging material that offers blocking and bracing capabilities whilst still being able to showcase the products. Cross linked polyethylene foams can easily be routed or fabricated to make a high quality, high aesthetic packaging solutions.
SOFT POLYURETHANE FOAM
Extremely fragile, lightweight precision products require a packaging material that will still offer high levels of cushioning but with an extremely low density. This low density allows lightweight products to compress the foam in a controlled manner upon impact, thus reducing shock transferral through to the fragile product.
